"Works fine when I need it"
I use paysafecard every now and then, and most of the time I can grab a voucher from a shop near me without any hassle. There was one time the first place had run out, but I found another shop close by, so it wasn’t a big deal. Weirdly, I still remember the cashier had a tiny plastic cactus next to the register. Anyway, it does what I need it to do and I haven’t really had any problems with it

"Handy, but not always easy to use everywhere"
I use paysafecard now and then for online payments, and it does the job well. I like that I don’t have to keep entering my card details on different sites, so it feels a bit safer and less hassle. I’m loyal to my usual payment apps, so I wasn’t sure I’d stick with this, but paysafecard has definitely earned a place for certain purchases.
The only thing that bugs me is that it really depends on where you are. Around where I live, I can usually find it in a few shops, but when I travel it can be hit or miss, and some websites don’t accept it from my country. So I like it, but I’m still kind of torn because my regular payment options are more consistent

I bought a paysafecard and the pin worked right away, so no issues there. The payment went through smoothly and I didnt have to deal with any hassle. The page took a little while to load, but overall it was a decent experience

"Good option, even if I’m not totally ready to switch"
I’ve been using paysafecard on a few sites, mostly for gaming and some digital purchases, and it works well most of the time. A lot of the merchants I use accept it without making things complicated, which is why I keep coming back to it. That said, I’m kind of torn because I’ve used other prepaid options for a while and I’m used to them. paysafecard is probably more widely accepted than some of them, but every now and then I’ll find a site that says it supports it, and then the payment still won’t go through for certain things. That part can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid choice and I’m starting to trust it more, but I do wish they made the supported shops and payment limits a bit clearer. If that was easier to check, I’d probably use it even more.

"Too slow when I needed it quickly"
I tried paying with paysafecard it was just way too slow. The transaction sat there pending for ages and I kept thinking it would clear any minute, but no, it just didn’t. I contacted support, and they didn’t really help much either. I mean, if I need something fast, I’m definitely not using it again.

I had to sort out a refund with paysafecard.com it was much easier than I expected. I just sent over the details they asked for, and a few days later the money was back in my account. The whole process was straightforward, and support was easy to deal with without any hassle or back and forth. Really pleased with how smoothly they handled it.

"Used to be better"
This used to be a lot easier to use, but lately the website feels kind of messy and the app keeps logging me out. It still works sometimes, so it’s not completely unusable, but it’s gotten annoying compared to how it was before.

I’ve used paysafecard a few times and it does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really say it’s a bad service. That said, I had mixed feelings about the whole experience because the fees and limits weren’t very clear upfront. I ended up having to search around to figure out what actually applied. It works fine, but the terms feel a bit buried and could definitely be explained better...

"Pretty fair fees, no weird surprises"
I’ve been using paysafecard here and there, and the fees seem reasonable to me. When I pay in the same currency, I don’t get hit with some random extra charge, which is nice. The fees they do have are easy enough to find too, like the inactive balance fee if you leave money sitting there too long. Overall, it’s been straightforward and I haven’t had any surprises so far.

"Verification process was a hassle"
The site itself works fine, but getting my account verified was frustrating. I uploaded all the documents they asked for and then just sat around waiting with no clear update on what was going on. Support took a while to get back to me too, which made it feel like they made it my problem to keep chasing them for answers. It was annoying enough that I didn’t really feel like using the site much after that.

My paysafecard code wasn’t showing up right, and I immediately assumed something had gone wrong for good. Support wasn’t the fastest to get back to me, so I was a little annoyed at first. But once they replied, they were friendly and actually explained what was happening. In the end, my balance got sorted out, so it turned out fine. Not super quick, but good overall

"SCAM INTERNATIONAL COMPANY"
if I could give this scam company zero stars I absolutely would. I only saw this company because Greyhound was offering this company to help pay cash for a ticket and since I was in a state that didn’t have my bank I decided this was the best option for me I paid well before the 30 minute timeslot they had given was up and as soon as I got to the bus and it became, they did not have my reservation with the bus company and they never sent me a confirmation email even though it said it would only take a few minutes on the site . When I went to customer support at the bus station, they told me they always had issue with this option so they were trying to currently get it off their site. Much to my dismay I spent 12 hours on the phone with customer service waiting for a confirmation email and then later waiting to receive a voucher and then just saying screw it and getting refund and customer service was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced their workers could not spell English I had to repeat the spelling of my name as well as the spelling of my email at least 5 to 6 times and they would still get it incorrect. As in T is for Tom type spelling.. after hours at the bus station and missing multiple buses to my destination. I had to fork up even more cash to pay for a ticket the next day. they sent me an email saying they were unsure what my issue was. It’s been over 24 hours and I have still not received the confirmation for my pay ticket. I have still not received a voucher. All I got was an email stating that they were unsure what my problem was. So with that being said, I just don’t have the patience to deal with a company that steals from customers for no apparent reason I’ve already talked to my legal team as well as plan on hiring a private investigator on this international company to figure out what is really going on because there’s too many reviews and honestly, I would hate to for anybody to be stranded the way I was stranded in that city After paying $93.98 in cash and basically receiving a huge FU from the company . Save your money if you can pay for any type of ticket on the companies website or at the site, whether it’s a flight or bus ticket never again. It got to the point that customer service would answer the phone and then literally put the phone down and act like they couldn’t hear me, but I could clearly hear them in the background as well as they’re laughing coworkers this company is clearly fraudulent and running a huge fraud circle
